Dell Laptop - Insperion 4150 - Pentium 4 - 40GB - 512MB
When switched on lights flash but nothing happens on screen.
Being sold as spares or repair I believe this would be an easy fix but I have no knowledge.
Hard drive AND memory are present and windows XP Pro installed.
