SWAP BRAND NEW AMD ATHLON II X4 631 2.6GHZ FOR AN AM3 CPU !

Hello i have a just out of the box AMD ATHLON II X4 631 2.6GHZ quad core 4mb cpu unfortunately its an FM1 Socket type and my motherboard is an am3 socket type. I would like to swap the cpu for an am3 socket cpu thanks
